OVERVIEW

This website and service are operated by GoThrive LLC, a Georgia-based limited liability company. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GoThrive LLC.

By accessing our site or purchasing any of our services — including the ARC Accelerator, Momentum Marketing, or related book promotion and advertising services (collectively, the “Service”) — you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), which apply to all users, browsers, customers, and contributors.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or engaging our services. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, you may not access the website or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

ELIGIBILITY

You affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction and are legally capable of entering into this agreement. Use of our Services for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

A – ARC Accelerator

The ARC Accelerator program provides book promotion services by connecting authors with potential reviewers and readers.
We help pitch your book to a network of verified readers and influencers but do not sell reviews, guarantee reviews, or promise Amazon rankings.
You agree to provide accurate and active Amazon (or equivalent) book links during the campaign period.

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (Amazon, Goodreads, etc.), including review removals, account restrictions, or algorithm updates.

B – Momentum Marketing Services

The Momentum Marketing program includes (but is not limited to):

Amazon Ad Optimization – campaign setup, keyword targeting, and performance monitoring to improve visibility and sales potential.

Social Ad Management (TikTok, Instagram, Meta) – creation, setup, and optimization of ad campaigns that promote your book, author brand, or related products.

Video Ad Creation & Creative Services – development of promotional video assets for awareness and engagement campaigns.

All advertising campaigns are delivered in accordance with the respective ad platform’s policies. GoThrive LLC does not guarantee ad approval, impressions, clicks, conversions, or specific revenue outcomes.

DELIVERY POLICY

Campaigns begin once all required materials and payment have been received.
Delivery timelines vary per service tier and will be communicated during onboarding.
If a campaign has started, subsequent changes to product links, ASINs, or creative assets may result in forfeiture of the campaign with no refund.
Review postings or ad performance outcomes are not guaranteed deliverables.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Campaigns must be paid in full before launch unless otherwise specified in writing.

All services are custom and non-refundable once campaign setup or outreach has started.

Refunds may be granted before launch only under specific conditions (e.g., duplicate order, service failure to launch within 30 business days without communication).

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days to the original method of payment.

ACCURACY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we make every effort to provide accurate information and high-quality service, GoThrive LLC makes no warranty or guarantee regarding specific outcomes such as increased book sales, reviews, followers, or engagement metrics.

You agree to use our Services at your own risk.

In no event shall GoThrive LLC, its affiliates, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of sales, reviews, data, or reputation).
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content you provide remains your intellectual property.
You grant GoThrive LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials solely for campaign delivery, creative production, and promotional purposes directly related to the Service.

You agree not to submit materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools and platforms such as Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Analytics.
We are not responsible for their functionality, performance, or policy changes.
Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. .

USER SUBMISSIONS

By submitting testimonials, feedback, or campaign results, you grant GoThrive LLC the right to use such content for promotional or educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No confidential information should be shared through testimonial submissions.

PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

Use our Services for illegal or deceptive marketing practices.

Misrepresent your identity, book, or business.

Submit infringing, false, or misleading advertising claims.

Interfere with site functionality or other users.

Promote products or content that violate Amazon, Meta, TikTok, or FTC advertising policies.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

FORCE MAJEURE

GoThrive LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, ad platform restrictions, or cyberattacks.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm GoThrive LLC’s business or reputation.
You remain responsible for all fees incurred before termination.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and any linked policies (including our Privacy Policy) represent the entire agreement between you and GoThrive LLC regarding your use of the ARC Accelerator and Momentum Marketing Services, superseding all prior agreements or communications.
